PERSONALISED SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Our Personalised Group training is a progressive program designed to still give our clients personal attention in every session. We aware of which clients are attending the classes as each client must book ahead of time. Our classes are capped at a maximum attendance of 12 clients at a time.
These sessions are complete across 4 key training styles which we call our 'Pits'.
FIGHT: Boxing, Kickboxing, MMA in a circuit format (30 mins)
LIFT: Traditional Resistance Training (45 mins)
COMPOSURE: Yoga & Mobility (45 mins)
HI - PERFORMANCE: Full body functional athletic workout/HIIT (30 mins)

1 ON 1 PERSONAL TRAINING
Our 1 on 1 Personal Training is a great option for individuals who are looking for specific results and/or have an injury they are trying to rehab/work around with a safe training program.
It is also a great option for people who have a specific time frame they want to achieve their goals by e.g their wedding.
Our Personal Training clients have seen amazing changes across the board so if you are looking for that more 1 on 1 attention this is the best option for you!
