MEMBERSHIP OPTIONS

At PitFit we focus on QUALITY coaching. This means we have capped membership spaces for each club and capped spaces in our personalised small group training sessions. We are well aware there are cheap alternatives to 'classes' elsewhere, where people are jammed into classes of 30+ people & there is little to no personal assistance or attention given to clients BUT that is not our goal. If you are truely looking for personalised coaching with exercise as well as  nutrition this is the place to be.

WE OFFER A 1 WEEK TRIAL PERIOD ON ALL ONGOING MEMBERSHIPS SO YOU CAN BE SURE YOU LOVE OUR COACHING. ALTERNATIVELY YOU CAN PURCHASE A PREPAID PACK.

ADVANCED BODY COMPOSITION SCAN:

We will do an in depth scan (body fat %, skeletal muscle, visceral fat levels) to see what your starting point is.

A range of testing to see how your body moves, this will influence how we program for you so that you prevent injury as much as possible.
